Festival in Black Rock City, Nevada. August-September 2015.

I enjoyed all the sunsets but saw none of the sunrises. I loved wandering around by myself, reveling in my freedom to choose to go in any direction. It was a particularly dusty and cold burn with temps reaching down into the 30Fs. I was there for 2 weeks, arriving Monday pre-event to set up the Straightedge art installation with Ardent. At the end, my camp felt like my home and for once, I didn’t want to leave. Vacations are most successful when you forget completely about your “real” life.
